Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original packaging to ensure protection during transit and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
